Optimizing Your Improvement Portfolio
| Duration | 3/4–1 day |
| Participants | Business Leaders and/or Process Owners |
| Overview | Project selection is a critical task in starting – and sustaining – an ongoing cycle of value-adding improvement. Organizations that can invest in the right opportunities will see the biggest payoff and the most effective adoption of Six Sigma and Lean practices.
By developing and refining a Business Case for each high priority project, the session helps a leadership team build consensus around the need for focused, well-resourced change efforts. Note that because project selection is a process, multiple working sessions may be needed to develop the final priorities and prepare projects for launch. |
